The Engineering Section, Mechanical Section, Assembling Section and Molding Group of the Die Production Division are working to develop a system capable of managing dies in a unified manner from prototype parts fabrication to initial commercial production on the base of flexibility and responsiveness cultured in the production of dies for prototype parts fabrication, bearing in mind “Producing dies satisfying customers’ requirements.”

At this plant, we employ, in principle, a flexible production system to produce dies on the basis of mutual understanding formed in prior meetings with customers to meet their requirements such as “Short lead time, low cost, high quality, objective driven and user friendly dies.”

Further, we consider producing dies fitting the purpose perfectly to be the most effective VE. Because this means no wasteful excess and they just embody the customer’s desire.

We are always developing efficient systems and never hesitate to pursue unprecedented ideas. The Engineering Section, Mechanical Section, Assembling Section and Molding Group of the Die Production Division are striving day and night for the development of systems capable of supporting the production of dies fitting the purpose as well as product development totally.
