The Maintenance Section of the Die Production Division is discharging its responsibilities under the principle of quality first on the base of technology cultured in designing and casting dies, bearing in mind that we should take a measure to extend the useful life of a die under maintenance even slightly.”

At this plant, we basically consider extending the useful life of a die even slightly by holding a prior meeting with the customer to discuss not only their requirements but also any matters that come into our notice so that we may respond positively to the customer’s desire to extend die maintenance intervals.

Unlike a new die, we have the knowledge of maintenance schedule beforehand and capitalize on this advantage to practice “Short lead time and high quality,” wherever possible.

The Maintenance Section of the Die Production Division is striving day and night to provide die maintenance services satisfying the customers, while aiming at the standardization of maintenance service so that we may achieve quicker delivery to the customers.
